Here at the Metropolitan Baptist Church, we believe that God calls us to care. Our ministry is to care for your mind, body and soul through teaching, preaching, worship, evangelism, fellowship and tangible expressions of Christian love. Beyond the care we provide to our members, we are also deeply committed to the care of our community. Toward this end, we are constantly working to be a church that is spiritually nurturing and socially responsible.

At the Metropolitan Baptist Church our mission is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ in both word and deed. We endeavor to express and exhibit the loving spirit and liberating power of Jesus the Christ through the care we provide to our members, our community and our world. Because we care, we are committed to developing spiritually mature individuals, strong Christian families and morally sound communities.
In a time when people are overwhelmed with challenges and burdens, we believe unchanging biblical truths give us the answers to meet them head on. Whether it is coping with daily living through our marriages, parenting, work or social relationships, we are assured of victory via the balanced application of God’s Word.
